I love the weekend! It's the perfect blank canvas. You can choose be be lazy and snuggle, get things done around the house, go on adventures, take a trip, all without having to worry about work, work, work! UPDATE: Thank you, everyone, for your kind words and prayers! They're obviously working! I'm so excited to update that Emmett's screening was ALL CLEAR! Wahooo!! So he's now been cancer free for one year post-surgery. He has his next screening in March, then another in September... after which point he's 100% clear! He was such a good boy at the oncologist's office, jumping up on the x-ray table
Dogs can be frustrating
Yesterday, I was gone for four hours. I returned home to find this: I posted the picture on Facebook, and it sparked a big discussion. A weekend of puppy play
On Saturday, we packed up Emmett and Lucas to head a couple hours north for a little dog-sitting action. My aunt has two pups: Louis, a bichon/shih tzu mix, and Lucy, a 10-month-old Portuguese water dog. The four dogs were joined by my mom's dog Otto for a weekend of fun, fun, fun.
