About Me

I’m a mama, writer, pet lifestyle pro, cat lady, pit bull advocate, eco-friendly, cancer thriver.

My essays have appeared in The Bust DIY Guide to Life, Second-Chance Cats, and The Cat in the Christmas Tree.

I live in Indiana, with my husband, John, our hound / pit mix named Penny who is deaf and blind, deaf pittie pup Stola, black cat Newt and tortie kitten Ripley, and humans Violet and Astrid. My animals are the funniest, sweetest creatures I’ve ever known. They teach and inspire me every single day. Hopefully, I can share what I’ve learned and gather even more inspiration from the passionate online community of dog lovers!
