Remember yesterday when I said that if Emmett threw up one more time, he was going straight to the vet? Well, he threw up eight times. Eight. He felt awful. For the first time in nearly five years, he chose to stay in his bed and not eat his dinner. So we went straight to the vet. Who wasn't there! :( We did see a fill-in vet, thank goodness. When it rains…
Oh, boy. You guys. Dealing with a total downpour today. Not literally, thank goodness, though I'm not sure that would change much. I'm not going to go into all the details - I can barely stand to think about it all, let alone relay it - but the gist is that I've touched most of the major bodily fluids today (oh, how I wish one had been as benign as blood). And the blinds were shredded again.

Last week I mentioned we had some BIG news, and here he is... Although, he's not really that big! We picked up our foster pup, Scooter, yesterday morning.
