Cooper’s new trick

Cooper learned a new trick!

While he learned it quickly, not every session went swimmingly. (BTW – Does anyone else have an issue with their dogs chewing on their cat’s scratching post? Or is this a problem unique to Coop?)

With a clicker you can teach dogs to do anything! Cooper is a fine looking lad.

Oh what a hoot he is. Something about them that you just got to love. He is soo smart, but then I think all of them are, if just given a loving chance in life. Thanks for the video today, Maggie.
P.S. We shouldn’t overlook the fact that Newt played a perfect straight man role.

He is so smart! Sometimes I think TOO smart! 🙂 So, the truth is, Newt was fine with it for about 5 repetitions. Then she punched him in the face. Oops. However, we started clicking and treating her, and she is MUCH more accepting of being the target now!

Well, I don’t have a cat…so no. If I did, the problem would be with the dogs chewing on the actual cat! 🙂

That was great! Those two are so cute together.
I’d say Cooper is unique for sure! 🙂

My cat chews on his scratching posts! Yup, unravels it and chews away!
